Rooms were lovely, we loved them. Excellent staff of the hotel...
-
Chilled-out base for exploring Inverness. Just an awesome place to stay. The hotel was in a lovely area. Martini and gins in the bar.
-
Location was very good and nice service.
Rooms were partly in the cellar and everything was a bit outdated.

Rarely you come across such warm hospitality and guest friendly hotel where every staff member makes it a point to make you comfortable and treats you like a V I P.Your chef is great and your staff member Nicol is an excellent and a very efficient and a warm person. Shall recommend your place to all my friends in India and in London

The cocktails on the terrace and the comfort plus luxury of the "HIP" room
All very good, although wine list is a little on the steep side....
-
The rooms are excellent, and the staff are very helpful, the whole experience was superb

I liked the quirkiness of the hotel - staff were excellent but it was a bit odd as there is no designated reception, you just have to hope there's staff about o help you - there were for us.
Three main issues. Firstly the hotel smelled strange - perhaps of old tobacco? Secondly the bed frame sticks out and both my friend and I sustained bruises from it so be careful. Thirdly the bathroom door is glass and in our room was opposite the main room door so if you're on the loo and someone opens the door they can see straight in! Consider this when having your luggage delivered!
-
the welcome and the staff's interest in our comfort
our room was close to the heating boiler which resulted in a noise from the fan

The staff are there to see to your eevery need. i would definately recomend this to my friends and family. I will definately be back to stay whilst in Inverness.
-
exceptional staff, went out of their way to make you feel welcome
-
Staff, overall quality, restaurant.
Not too much really - strange 'experience' with the breakfast i.e. no Yoghurt (although it was on the menu), then the lady appeared with a small bowl of yoghurt saying it was actually taken from the lunch menu - but they thought I should get it. Bizarre..... but well done all the same - I guess!
-
The staff was very polite and very very hospitable.the room was comfortable and cozy.the restaurant had a great atmosphere and the food perfect.
-
Fantastic food, great accomodation
rural setting to walk in
-
Everything - the staff were excellent, the rooms were clean and well presented, and the bed very comfortable. The staff in the the bar and at breakfast were excellent.
We will return to this hotel has.we had a wonderful time and thank the staff for making this so.

Very professional staff. Lovely decor, clean and fresh. Bar was nice and relaxing and breakfast was just brilliant!
Dressing table in room three looked a bit scabby. Looks like it just keeps getting a coat of black paint. The leather chez long wasa wee bit ripped. Which is minor overall but these things stick out when you pay £265 one night!!! Would probably stay again though.
