Really enjoyed my excellant stay in February. It was new-fashioned, trendy and with a stunning downstairs bathroom. The location turned out to be marvellous, adjacent to both the pub and restaurant, and the room/restaurant.
As for me, the area was unattractive.

Location was very good and nice service.
Rooms were partly in the cellar and everything was a bit outdated.

1st class hotel, very comfy bed, delightful breakfast. Well-appointed unit with a great decor. Particularly nice view from the room. Location so close to Ireland and Scotland, river Ness and the town centre. A wide range of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. It was my wife's birthday and they went above and beyond to make special arrangements for us. The location of the hotel was also perfect - close to all the attractions in town and with beautiful views. And let me tell you, the breakfast at this place was absolutely awesome! We couldn't get enough of the delicious food they served.
One small downside was the hot tub temperature. It could have been a bit hotter for a more relaxing experience.

The location of the hotel is convenient, being within a short walk of the city center and the beautiful riverside walk around River Ness recommended by the receptionist. The rooms were well-equipped and our bathroom boasted a modern full-flow shower. The staff was warm and helpful, from the front of the house to the servers at breakfast.
We were disappointed to find out that the restaurant was closed for the winter season without prior notice, and we had expected to have dinner there.

The cocktails on the terrace and the comfort plus luxury of the "HIP" room
All very good, although wine list is a little on the steep side....

Modern and large bathroom. Excellent staff, helpful and friendly. Huge bed and comfortable room. Quick room service and breakfast. Nice extras like toiletries and fluffy towels. Lovely split level room and big bathroom. Tassimo machine for drinks. Exceptional staff service
Not one thing.

I liked the quirkiness of the hotel - staff were excellent but it was a bit odd as there is no designated reception, you just have to hope there's staff about o help you - there were for us.
Three main issues. Firstly the hotel smelled strange - perhaps of old tobacco? Secondly the bed frame sticks out and both my friend and I sustained bruises from it so be careful. Thirdly the bathroom door is glass and in our room was opposite the main room door so if you're on the loo and someone opens the door they can see straight in! Consider this when having your luggage delivered!

It's luxury and special place to stay 1 km away from an 1800s red sandstone castle. Thanks to the staff for being very pleasant and providing us with a friendly service. Thank you for a very good stay👍

Appreciated my comfortable stay in February. Room was modern and unique. The breakfast with heavenly eggs benedict and delicious fresh baked breads and pastries was delicious and delightful for what you got. The hotel was set in a central area so close to Ireland and Scotland for nearly 3 weeks as well as the Albert Roux restaurant a. It also was in the centre of Inverness.

Central area, central location right by the centre of Inverness, local sightseeing, and the Chez Roux restaurant. Very impressed with the lovely view from our king room.
